Quick answers

When do I pay?

You choose your plan while you sign up, then pay securely with Stripe. Payment is due when you subscribe.

How do I turn pages and zoom in on my paper?

Use the arrows beside Page X of Y to turn pages. On a phone or tablet you can also swipe, and on a computer the arrow keys work too. Use the zoom buttons, or pinch, to make the page bigger, then drag to move around it.

Can I read the paper as plain text?

Yes. Press Reader above the paper to read the same edition as text, one story after another, which is easier on a phone. Press Paper to go back.

How do I clip an article?

Open Article clipper, press Select an article and click the story, or press Cut out part of the page and draw a box. It is saved in My clipped articles.

How do I report a mistake or send a letter?

Open Letter to the editor from the menu, or from any story. Choose Something was wrong to send a correction to the editors, or Feedback to send us your thoughts. Letters are read by our team and are not published.

Can I change the look of my paper?

Yes. Open Settings and choose another paper style. See the styles.

Where does the booster club money go?

10% of every subscription goes to the booster club at your school. If your school has more than one, you choose one or more when you sign up and the 10% is split evenly between them.

Can I give it as a gift?

Yes. Give a gift subscription and we send a welcome note with their own sign-in.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time, from Account after you sign in.

I forgot my password.

Use Forgot password on the sign-in page. The link works once and lasts 15 minutes.
